Universal Electric Machine
The machine carries out operations of cold forging of profile, round pipe and full-bodied rolled products. Reconstruction of the endings (with and without heating), reinforcement, decorative rolling, as well as spiral curling, longitudinal twisting, rolling of blanks of various metal products (professional pipe, square, strip, circle).
Spiral twisting of full-bodied rolled products (square, circle) is performed on workpieces with a cross section of up to 12 mm. Longitudinal twisting of a full-bodied square on workpieces with a cross section of up to 14 mm. Forging operations on corpulent billets with heating - up to 12 mm. Strengthening and billing of profile pipes with a cross section up to 40x40 mm.
A machine for working with a profile pipe can be made with an engine for 380V or 220V.
* Attention from September 2018 is delivered without the lower covers of the bed.
